Shahid Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha shared the display screen in Prabhu Deva’s romantic-motion movie, R... Rajkumar, lower back in 2013. In the movie, the name of the girl character, performed via Sinha, became Chanda. But it become later revealed that the actress didn’t like the name and tried her first-rate to get it modified. Rajkumar, Shahid Kapoor, and Sonakshi Sinha mentioned how the actress' character’s name Chanda troubled her. While talking to Eros Now Music, the Kabir Singh actor said that after they started taking pictures for the film, it kickstarted with the peppy number, Saree Ke Fall Sa, and by using that point, the call of Sonakshi’s person wasn’t recognized to all.

So, on every occasion they used to sit back collectively within the room with director Prabhu Deva, she would enter and begin yelling ‘What is this name Chanda?’ Sinha might similarly inquire, ‘Why is my name Chanda? Please trade my name from Chanda to something else.’
