Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi is taking the crowd back to theaters as Alia Bhatt's strong exhibition has won acclaim from all corners. The film has rounded up a noteworthy film industry assortment and keeps on doing as such. In a new visit with Film Companion, Sanjay Leela Bhansali talked regarding working with Alia.

Nonetheless, prior to singing commendations of the entertainer, the movie producer reviewed how he originally realize that she was extraordinary when she was only 9-years of age. "I saw an extremely, strong individual strolling in to my home when she was 9-years of age. This child (Alia Bhatt) strolled in with her mom and her eyes contacted me. She had come to try out for Black for the little kid's job. I told the projecting chief not her. I need to save her for a film. Something really stands out about her," SLB told Anupama Chopra. He added, "She continued to take a gander at me and I continued to check her out. (I thought) there's some karmic association I have with this young lady."

Reviewing the Black tryout, SLB uncovered that Alia did the tryout with Ranbir Kapoor in those days as the entertainer was helping him. "I advised her to move to Dola Re Dola. I needed to perceive the amount of a champion she had in her. She emerged without a hitch. I caused her to sit close to Ranbir, who was helping me on Black at that point," SLB said. Adding that he coordinated Alia to then incline toward Ranbir's shoulders to click a couple of pictures. For said, "(I told them) how about we take a few pictures, set your head on his shoulders. She said no, she was feeling bashful."

He added, "I'm conversing with Soni (Razdan) and unexpectedly I see her head happen to Ranbir's shoulder. Also I have that image of both of them which I sent her last birthday. It was a little duplicate saved some place, put away and scratched."
