Richa Chadha was in for some uplifting news as the entertainer was respected with the Bharat Ratna Dr Ambedkar grant by Maharashtra Lead representative Bhagat Singh Koshyari. According to reports, Richa was honured at Raj Bhavan in Mumbai.
