Post this, he was taken to his and Shilpa Shetty's home by Crime Branch Officials for an assault. The police authorities were snapped showing up at the home. Apparently, Shilpa Shetty's assertion was recorded in the matter and the entertainer had kept association with the creation from getting explicit substance. After an attack and test of more than 6 hours, the Crime Branch authorities went out with the money manager in their guardianship. 

Other than this, Kundra moved to Bombay High Court against his capture. His legal counselor named this capture as 'illicit' before the Bombay HC.
