According to the most recent reports, the Sessions Court in Mumbai held its structure on Kangana Ranaut's supplication to move the maligning case documented by lyricist Javed Akhtar against her. Ranaut's supplication was heard at the Dindoshi Sessions Court by Additional Sessions Judge Shridhar Bhosle yesterday, February 25. The court will convey the request on March 9.

Kangana had tested the Sessions Court request in January and had recorded a new supplication looking for the exchange of all her judicial procedures refering to that the Andheri court has hurt her picture. Kangana moved toward the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) expressing that the charges made against her were 'bailable, non-cognizable, and compoundable'. In any case, the Andheri Court 'abused power' to make injury Ranaut's standing, even before her preliminary, the entertainer asserted in the plea.On the other hand, Javed Akhtar's backer Jay K Bharadwaj, said because of the charges that the actual premise of Ranaut's application depends on the "trepidation that the Andheri Magistrate is one-sided". He further said that Kangana's rationale is to postpone the procedures by recording different petitions and to annoy Javed Akhtar, who regardless of being a senior resident, has been showing up under the watchful eye of the Andheri Magistrate court.

For the unversed, Javed Akhtar had recorded a criticism argument against Kangana asserting that her articulations that circulated on a TV news channel can be viewed as abusive under Sections 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code. Kangana too recorded a cross-objection against Akhtar asserting criminal scheme and shocking unobtrusiveness by attacking her security through criminal grumbling.
