Milind Soman recalls smoking 20,30 cigarettes a day filming Captain Vyom: I got addicted really quickly

Milind Soman is known to be an outright wellness freak who has designed his character to some degree as a wellness symbol in India. A day after 'World No Tobacco Day', Milind shared a rousing post on Instagram reviewing how he got dependent on smoking while at the same time going for his 1998 science fiction hit television arrangement where he played a superhuman called 'Skipper Vyom'. The arrangement was a significant hit particularly with youngsters however Miling got dependent on smoking at 32 years old. He shared his experience of smoking '20 - 30 cigarettes daily' considering it the 'most moronic thing I could possibly do'. 

Imparting the post on Instagram to a boomerang video of breaking a cigarette down the middle, he wrote in the subtitle, " Each 31st of May, World No Tobacco Day, is a festival for me, and furthermore a token of the most idiotic thing I could possibly do - smoke!! I began smoking at 32 years old, on the arrangements of Commander Vyom, a science fiction television arrangement I was taking shots at that point. There was no motivation to begin, simply spending time with individuals who smoked, giving it a shot, and getting snared. I got dependent actually rapidly and was before long smoking 20-30 cigarettes per day.
