Kangana Ranauts plea seeking stay on defamation case filed by Javed Akhtar dismissed by Court

Kangana Ranaut's ongoing prison struggle with the lyricist Javed Akhtar has come up with a major twist. The actress' petition which she had filed against Javed Akhtar in regards to defamation, Bombay High Court has disregarded it. The courtroom has rejected this petition of the actress. Justice Prakash Naik handed the order and held the court cases. This comes after, Javed Akhtar filed a criticism in 2020 against the actress while she had accused him of threatening her after calling her to his domestic after her ugly combat with Hrithik Roshan.She stated that, "Once Javed Akhtar called me to his residence and instructed me Rakesh Roshan (father of Hrithik Roshan) and his own family are very big human beings. If you don't apologise to them, you may have nowhere to head. They will put you in jail, and subsequently, the most effective direction could be that of destruction… you'll devote suicide. These had been his words. He shouted and yelled at me. I turned into shaking in his house".Javed Akhtar moved a revision petition before the classes court, pronouncing the summons to him become issued with the aid of the metropolitan Justice of the Peace's court docket in suburban Andheri in a “hasty and irrelevant way”, which has ended in a “grave miscarriage of justice”.
