Kangana Ranaut on Emergency: Stuck with censor board, being pressured not to show Bhindranwale

Actor-politician Kangana Ranaut on Friday (August 30) said that her upcoming movie ‘Emergency’, in which she is portraying former high minister Indira Gandhi, has not were given certification no matter clearance with the aid of the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) due to the “death threats” to the board contributors. She said that ‘Emergency’ is still stuck with the censor board contrary to rumours that it has been cleared for release. Threats to Kangana Ranaut
Kangana’s remarks came days after she obtained “beheading threats” from extremist Sikh agencies after the release of her upcoming film trailer.

In the viral video, an extremist Sikh, suggests closer to the assassination of Indira Gandhi, threatening Kangana.
