It has been very nearly fourteen days since Raj Kundra was captured and new subtleties keep on arising. Raj Kundra and his partner Ryan Thorpe, in their applications, had named their capture as illicit. In the most recent turn of events, the Bombay High Court on Monday apparently held its request on petitions recorded by the spouse of Shilpa Shetty, Raj Kundra and Thorpe testing their capture for a situation identified with the supposed creation and spilling of obscene substance through applications. 

In the wake of hearing contentions on Raj Kundra's request finally, Justice AS Gadkari saved the decision. The police in the court supposedly contended that the financial specialist was not helping out the examination, documented in February this year by the Mumbai wrongdoing branch, and had annihilated proof. A report in ETimes expressed that Aruna Pai, showing up for the Mumbai Police said, "They (Kundra and Thorpe) were found erasing certain WhatsApp talks. The disposition of the candidate Raj Kundra talks volume of his collaboration in the examination. We don't have the foggiest idea how much information has been erased. The police are as yet attempting to recover it." "Whenever denounced people are annihilating proof, then, at that point can the researching office be a quiet observer?," she said also. 

To note, Raj Kundra was captured by the Mumbai Police on July 19, while Thorpe, who was utilized as the IT head in Kundra's firm, was captured on July 20. The team is presently in prison under legal care.
