Bombay High Court reserves order on Raj Kundras plea challenging police custody

In the wake of hearing contentions on Raj Kundra's request finally, Justice AS Gadkari saved the decision. The police in the court supposedly contended that the financial specialist was not helping out the examination, documented in February this year by the Mumbai wrongdoing branch, and had annihilated proof. A report in ETimes expressed that Aruna Pai, showing up for the Mumbai Police said, "They (Kundra and Thorpe) were found erasing certain WhatsApp talks. To note, Raj Kundra was captured by the Mumbai Police on July 19, while Thorpe, who was utilized as the IT head in Kundra's firm, was captured on July 20. The team is presently in prison under legal care.
