Bombay HC says Kangana should have been more vigilante on refusing to hear her plea on passport renewal

As per a report in India Today, Bombay High Court said, "She ought to have been more careful. The court permitted her to alter the application and posted the meeting on June 25. 

A seat of judges Prasanna Varale and Surendra Tavade asked Kangana's legal advisor Rizwan Siddiquee for the refusal request. Rizwan told the court that the dismissal was verbal and there is no structure essentially. As per a report in India Today, Rizwan Siddiquee said, "As the visa was lapsing, we recorded an application. While the application was documented, we were verbally informed that in light of the fact that a FIR is enrolled so the identification won't be recharged." Reportedly the FIR was enlisted against Ranaut and her sister, Rangoli Chandel, in October 2020. 

Rizwan Siddiquee submitted to the court that in her visa recharging application, Kangana referenced the argument against her and accordingly the specialists guided her to get bearings from the high court. The court additionally got some information about making identification authority a gathering in the application to which Siddiquee referenced that visa authority had verbally requested that they take a No Objection Certificate from the court. Court has given the date for the following hearing on June 25.
