After Aryan was captured, he was shipped off Arthur Road Jail where he was a prisoner till October 30 with his companion Arbaaz Merchant. According to India Today, Prabhakar Sail's family 'thought no foul play'.Recently, the case was back in the features when the NCB had mentioned the Court to give them 90 days to document a chargesheet for Aryan's situation. Be that as it may, the Court just allowed them 60 additional days to record a chargesheet. At first, the NCB's cutoff time to record the chargesheet in Aryan Khan's case was April 2.
