Anupam Kher opens up on South vs Bollywood films debate: They are telling stories, we are selling stars

Recently, in an interview, Kher unfolded on ongoing South vs Bollywood films debate.
While talking, Anupam Kher stated, "You make matters for customers. (Problem begins) the day you start looking down on purchasers, that, ‘we are doing you a favour by creating a super film. Now you are watching a tremendous movie.’ Greatness is performed through a collective effort and that I have learnt through doing films in Telugu...I simply did another movie in Telugu, I did a movie in the Tamil language, I’m going to do a Malayalam movie."He in addition brought, "I think over there, I’m now not differentiating among the 2 however I assume (their) cinema is relevant due to the fact they're now not aping Hollywood. They are telling stories, over here we're promoting stars."
Meanwhile, speakme Karthikeya 2, Nikhil Siddhartha starrer adventure drama Karthikeya 2 is the sequel of the sequel to the 2014 film Karthikeya. Directed with the aid of Chandoo Mondeti, the movie featured Anupama Parameswaran as Mugdha, Anupam Kher as Dhanvantri, Srinivasa Reddy as Sadananda, Harsha Chemudu as Suleman, Adithya Menon as Santanu.
